Personal Information
Dr. Lori Marsh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Virginia Tech. She serves as a liaison between Virginia Tech and Blue Ridge Aquaculture, overseeing cooperative research between the two entities. Since joining Virginia Tech, she has been principal or co-principal investigator for more than 25 funded projects, and published more than 65 papers and reports.

Current Projects
Use of substrates to increase shrimp density in indoor recirculating aquaculture facilities.
