Mr. Lane has provided field applicable technical support, research and training to the seafood industry in several ways. He carries out retort cook and pasteurization process validations; air- cool room temperature verifications; refrigerated storage temperature verifications and other thermal monitoring that is related to the aquaculture production, handling, processing, storage, transporting and marketing of seafood.
