Scholarship Opportunities from the Aquacultural Engineering Society (AES).
The AES offers two yearly scholarships of $500 each and free meeting registration to attend AES sponsored events each year. To apply, send a brief description of yourself and your long term interests in Aquaculture to the AES secretary/treasurer. You may e-mail him here.
The Commercial Fish and Shellfish Technologies program supports numerous educational opportunities, both in continuing education, and in the formal educational programs offered by Virginia Tech.
CFAST draws faculty from Virginia Tech's Colleges of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Natural Resources, and Engineering, and the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. These colleges offer numerous undergraduate and graduate degree opportunities tying in with CFAST's research programs.
